Pete Henry brings more than 35 years of retail industry experience and over two decades dedicated specifically to loss prevention and asset protection. Throughout his career, Pete has held leadership roles including National Account Manager, Country Manager, and Senior Sales Director, where he has successfully managed complex national accounts and developed strategic partnerships with some of North America’s leading retailers.

Pete is widely recognized for his ability to navigate complex retail environments and build long-term, trusted relationships with customers. His experience spans collaborating with retailers on comprehensive asset protection strategies, implementing innovative loss prevention programs, and delivering solutions that help organizations reduce shrink while improving operational efficiency. His consultative approach and deep understanding of the retail landscape enable him to identify challenges quickly and develop practical, results-driven solutions.

At Edge Security Products, Pete serves as Senior Sales Director for North America, where he leads business development efforts across multiple retail verticals. He works closely with retail partners to introduce innovative security solutions designed to protect high-value merchandise while enhancing the in-store shopping experience. Pete is especially excited to bring Edge’s patented DeArm® technology to retailers across the region, helping them modernize their loss prevention strategies and effectively combat retail shrink.
