With over 28 years of experience in global sourcing and supply chain management, James Tang is a seasoned executive specializing in building and optimizing high-performance manufacturing partnerships in China. His expertise spans precision manufacturing processes—including injection molding, metal machining, and electronics assembly—where he has a proven track record of reducing costs, strengthening quality systems, and leading seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through mass production.

At Edge Security Products, he manages Chinese supplier relationships and oversees new product development, guiding the entire production process with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost control.

Prior to joining ESP, he spent a decade at Alpha High-Theft Solutions, where he directed quality control, production processes, and supplier development in China. During this time, he successfully managed the launch and mass production of more than 80 new product models.
